Marilyn began her career as an exclusive model for Piaget Polo Watches. Her dream was to get behind the camera rather than in front of it, and started photography in 1980. Her first assignment included Prince Charles polo matches sponsored by Piaget. She's photographed Tommy Lee Jones, Arnold Palmer, and was a personal friend and photographer of the late, great, Jerry Garcia, to name a few.

She photographed the "Alvin", deep sea submersible and the Atlantis II crew during the historic 1985 'Titanic' dive headed by the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute.

After working and living on both East and West coasts for the last 15 years, Marilyn has retired from field photography and has returned to the Midwest providing wedding and special event photography services in both Kanas City and St. Louis.

From Marilyn's numerous contacts, her work has been published in various formats both nationally and internationally from CD labels for various artists to magazine covers and photo layouts. She recently completed portfolios for two finalists in the Fox Television hit series "AMERICAN IDOL" Jim Verraros and Natalie Burge.

Marilyn's approach to wedding photography is unequaled in St. Louis, and the Midwest. Her professional team is personally trained by Marilyn and must meet the standards for which she is well known. Fixed tripods are rarely used which limit creativity. Most camera work is handheld giving maximum flexibility for best shot angles with a photojournalistic feel.
